1. Service Scope & Limitations
I specialize in custom-built, highly responsive informational and brand-focused websites. My process ensures a direct "straight to the point" solution for your envisioned website.
- Exclusions: I do not develop E-Commerce (online stores with payment gateways) or complex marketplace platforms.
- Consultation: These limitations are strictly stated during the Requirement Gathering phase to ensure expectations are met.
- Pricing: is dependent on the scope of the project.
2. Design & Prototyping Fees
A professional blueprint is required before any development begins. This ensures the technical logic is sound.
Note: If you do not provide a pre-existing design/prototype (Figma or Adobe XD), a standard design fee of R2,000 will be charged before the final development price is calculated.
3. Payment Terms
I operate on a strictly structured payment schedule to maintain project momentum:
- 50% Upfront: Required to initiate the project, covering the design and logic phases.
- 50% Final: Required upon project completion and before the final website handover.
4. Hosting, Domains & Maintenance
As the developer, I provide the code and logic. The client is responsible for the digital real estate.
- Ownership: You must secure your own Domain and Web Hosting. I will guide you through the setup, but the accounts remain in your name.
- Maintenance: To keep your system secure and optimized, a mandatory monthly fee of R1,500 is required for ongoing support and updates.
5. Client Dependency
I am dependent on your evaluation. I do not proceed to the next phase until the previous one is signed off. Delays in feedback will result in delays in the final delivery date.
